New Routine

 Hey Girls~! The other day, I felt like umm.. my pants were getting a bit too tight, so I thought I would change my workout routine a little bit. Oh, and this is not makeup related by any means, but I wanted to put it out there, since some of you might be interested. So, usually, I go to the gym 3-4 days a week. I run on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes, then stretch for 10, Free weight lifting for about 10-20 minutes depending on my condition. Now I'm adding this kettle bell work out on top of that and I think it's really effective and easy. As you can see in the picture, you are basically lifting the kettle bell as you squat. I do 10 sets of 25 reps and between the reps, i rest for 20 seconds (sharp!). So if you sum up, it takes approximately 10 minutes. After the workout, I feel like I ran 3-4 miles and sweat like crazzy.

  1. I like reading fitness and health related posts--beauty is holistic, right? I prefer running to pretty much everything, but I like that you've got a balanced regimen going on. Never thought of a kettle ball before though :)

  3. omg when i had a trainer, she always made me do this!!!! i always wanted to die after hahaha and im always scared the kettle bell will fly out of my hand XD but it's very effective though. props to you for being so consistent w going to the gym!!
