NOTD : Essie French Affair & Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Set The Stage

Essie French Affair is a milky pink with cool undertones. It's in cream finish and is surprisingly very opaque. The first coat goes on kind of streaky, but tends to even out on the second coat. I wore this nail polish for 3-4 times (which is a lot) since it came out and I have to say that I really like it.
Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Set The Stage is a clear nail polish loaded with two sizes of gold glitter. I applied two coats and I found that I had to swirl the brush around in the bottle to grab more glitters. However, I'm pretty satisfied with this polish since the glitters laid flat and didn't feel rough at all after it dried. It was less than $3 at Target and dried EXTREMELY fast.
Would you wear it?

  8. I love the pink and gold combi. I don't usually see people painting this combi. Are the glitters difficult to remove? I only tried painting my nails with glitter polish once and it was so difficult to remove them even with a good nail polish remover.

  10. @ Jo I have to say that it IS difficult to remove like any other glitter polish - the small glitters go away easily, but the big ones are such a pain :(
